It's uncanny, since I was born at the tail-end of the baby boom.<BR/><BR/>But as you said, it's not an excuse not to bother :)<BR/><BR/>Also, I don't think space exploration (certainly within the solar system) will automatically lead to a population expansion. I see it more in terms of research bases and small-scale asteroid mining.
